      Pros

      - With the poor level of the management, you learn everything you SHOULD NOT DO. - The headquarter location.

      Cons

      - Very poor level of the top management: inconsistent decisions taken with a clear lack of knowledge and information, no real decision take by the mid managers (only the top management decides) - No perspective of evolution and no personal development plan for employees. As a result, a wave of people leaving the company in all the departments. - A stressful environment to work, with a huge workload and a lack of resources.
