Pros

Fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn. Exposure to many aspects of dealership operations. Some coworkers are knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

One title often comes with multiple job responsibilities. Additional work without additional compensation. Constantly changing processes and expectations. Employees are often blamed for issues outside of their control. Work-life balance can be difficult. Employees may feel undervalued despite strong performance. I worked here for about a year and gave everything I had to my job. Throughout my time with the company, I consistently generated between $75,000 and $100,000 in gross profit each month, so I never felt that my performance or work ethic was the issue. The biggest challenge was that I was hired under one job title but was expected to perform the responsibilities of multiple positions. New processes and additional tasks were constantly being introduced, yet there was never any discussion about adjusting compensation to reflect the increased workload. It took more than four months of advocating for myself just to get a pay plan created for my position. That alone made it feel like the role wasn't truly valued, despite the amount of responsibility being placed on me. The culture often felt like employees were held accountable for issues outside of their control. Parts on backorder, manufacturer delays, and other operational problems frequently became the advisor's responsibility to answer for, even when there was nothing we could have done differently. The most disappointing part of my experience was returning after being hospitalized for nearly two weeks due to a legitimate medical issue, only to be terminated shortly afterward. It left me feeling that the dedication, extra hours, and effort I had put into the company didn't matter. Overall, this is a very corporate environment where employees can easily feel like they're just another number. If you're considering working here, be prepared for high expectations, increasing responsibilities, and limited recognition for consistently going above and beyond.
