Great Company Culture, Work processes can be further improved

Pros

I really love the fact that the company culture here is very good. I even got to personally meet the CEO in one of its employee engagement programs. I also love our workplace site before the pandemic.

Cons

The data structure and process management specific to the Business Intelligence and Data Science department can be further improved. Oftentimes initiatives about standardization are not completely followed by other sites which caused issues when a new person takes over a project wherein there's not enough documentation.
