Pros
The onboarding has been organized in such a way that you can focus on what you need to know in your first month unlike other companies where you will be required to hit the ground running as early as Day 1.
Cons
Since the setup is WFH, HR is universal so there's really no 1-PIC for everything; although it'll be handled via ticketing system. Other than that, all good here.
