Pros

-Lots of benefits for the employees -Account are less stressful and does not have any TELCO Accounts -Free Lunch

Cons

-No company is perfect but I must say that TaskUs has lesser problems since they are listening to their employees' feedback using surveys.

Pros

- Free meal onsite - Great HMO, Wellness Coaching, Equipment provided for WFH, Retirement benefits. - Timely Salary - Great colleagues and some TL are really kind

Cons

- Sudden loss or shifting of accounts now and then - Some TLs take your feedback personally and sabotage your annual increase even on the metrics, you are one of the Top Agents - HR is not efficient, Take too long to address concerns - Hard to ask for increase in salary - Salary disputes
