Pros

A clear mission statement, very healthy and strong pillars, amazing core values, plus a front line first company, that puts its employees at the core of everything it does. Values are not only on a board but instead they are embedded and reflecting in every person working here. And a very high standard of proffesionism, taking you out of your comfort zone in order to really develop.

No cons, this company is really trying it's best and stands out in the BPO industry like no other.

The President and the CEO genuinely cares for the employees.

Cons

The director for our department does not give direction to the team. She treats us as workhorses and is biased against some people in our "team".
