The worst company you can deal with. You take all the tests and pass them, you have to wait a whole week to get information and you are accepted or not. They stress you out that the start date is close and in the end without any explanation they say "shifted needs for your language" no information about anything, you waste your time and money and in the end they are just arrogant. Completely useless recruiters and lack of professionalism. Same with the recruitment companies they cooperate with.

Salary for entry level with or without experience are the same and it is not industry aligned. Low ceiling and appraisal. Skills allowance are base on LOB's workflow not base on your ACTUAL SKILLS. Your work is fulltime BUT SOME projects are short term, that means you can float and you might be reprofiled to other account which can be a voice account depending on what they choose for you.
