- WFH (temporary) - Salary credits on time

Cons

- Increase work time with no pay raise - Issue in getting holidays( no holiday with no paperwork) - No added PLI - Extreme high expectations with too low salary - Least salary in whole industry - Higher management do not make any effort to improve - Useless medical insurance - Extreme politics and dominance of TLs and Other superiors - Working hours too long
