Extremely low package. Accounts are not that fixed. Consistent transfers. No yearly increase and other minimum incentives.

Systems are not technology wise especially for support roles Didn’t ventured on a more efficient way of systems Trainings for supports are most of the tome neglected You will only be told at day 1 about what to do Superiors say they don’t expect you to be good at it at your first month but there actions does not coincides with what they said There are irregularities on some of the operation rules and regulations, standards snd procedures Maybe s good place ro work on dor teammates but not A good Fit for supporr roles
