Quit treating employees like dirt! No wonder your company has a HUGE turnover rate!
Pros
Working from home and the company provided equipment.
Cons
1) Managers were not all on the same page. 2) One manager would tell you to do one thing, and then another would tell you to do something totally different, and then you would suffer the consequences. 3) Expected to work off the clock to do these "courses" that did not really matter or even pertain to the job you were doing. 4) Expected to maintain a total silent environment, which was hard to do seeing as you worked from home and kids were home during the pandemic doing virtual learning, or you had a spouse who did not work and could be heard in the background in completely different room, or you had pets and they could be heard barking or meowing. 5) You were expected to choose your job over your family (spouse/kids). 6) You were expected to take abuse from customers via phone calls. 7) You were expected to cancel important Dr. appointments (several of them were detrimental to one's health) 8) You were expected to miss important events at child's school (program they would perform in or their first school dance) **Number 8-is basically saying you were to be at these "meetings" that were after work hours where they would just goof-off and joke around instead of talking about important things, OR you were to do them courses that are referred to in Number 3**
