Worst for H1B people , Company where no one cares about anything.
Pros
Lot of learning opportunities as they have a very good internal learning system with lot of self paced courses. Lot of clients so you will be never out of project. Good Work life balance ( Citi Project in Irving TX).
Cons
Org is too big so visibility is less No one cares for others If you are on H1B you will not get enough support from management for documents or your Green Card Process. Only people who is sitting in the company for longer years(>10) may get attention from management. Once you are deployed in the project you are on your own and you will feel lost. Feel like a small fish in a big ocean. Any thing will take time you have to follow up a lot. I have seen people getting hired, visa transfer done and no one calls the candidate to join.
