Big organization hence offers you various role to persue. Good learning place for youngstars. If you got some 10-15 yrs experience,want a hassle free life and not after money this is the company for you to be.
Cons
Forget about any monetary benefits once you join TCS. Higher management is only concerned about shareholders and profit maximization. Employees are treated as bonded labors and exploited in the name of cost cutting and slow down (however there is no slow down in the company balance sheet!). Least bothered about high performers. Strong regionalism between south indian communities (although i didnt face this luckily!). All crap and below per techies who are good for nothing only sticks around for the onsite carrot where you need to slog as slaves. sadly the cons list is endless!...
