      Serves a broad-based collection of domestic and international clients, Biggest IT company in Asia, Part of India's largest business house - the Tata Group, more onsite opportunities compared to counterparts, more job security and stability compared to its counterparts

      Long working hours, Getting lost in the crowd in a company of 100,000+ employees, Work facilities & infrastucture cannot be compared with the campus facilities offered by competitors like Infosys

      Great Initial Training Program. Good opportunity for learning if put on the right project. Some people may be interested in onsite opportunities for the $.

      Cons

      Pay is really really bad. 90% of the people that I worked with were extremely incompetent who were (not surprisingly) satisfied with their job. Any decent engineer would get frustrated in just a couple of weeks. Management treats employee like a herd of cattle. Engineers are randomly put on projects. Employees have to work in shifts because there are not enough PCs or chairs for people to sit on! Barring a couple of projects, the work is very dull and boring. If you are billed by the client, good for you otherwise be prepared to spend long working hours.
