      Nothing except free breakfast ( Only login before 9AM)

      Very less project requirements from 2016 end. there are bunch of bench people in the company and not sure about the future projects.

      I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours, outingy, trip, cricket tournament …

      Employee friendly mainly for team lead type employee . Working environment good because there is no work ..

      Cons

      A true developer can't survive in company because they don't have quality work . New technology is myth . You don't have any learning opportunity . If you say I need quality work they put you on bench for long then you will surrender your self . Developer who came from startup they feel cheated because in intro they said we are using latest technology and we have quality work.
