      Pros

      Great place to go up the ladder early in your career. Employee friendly environment.nice and fun culture with loads going on always. they inspire you to learn a lot in every aspect. Good annual hike.

      Cons

      Lack of new development projects and heavy dependency on legacy projects. Policies are developed but not followed through out.

      I served in Tavant Technologies for 2 years, had a great experience working with this company.Definitely a company recommended for joining if offer received for candidates. 1. Awesome people so friendly and no hierarchical difference 2. Decent annual salary revisions 3. Free breakfast before 9 a.m. arrival 4. Subsidized prices in cafeteria services after 7:00 p.m. 5. Frequent outings in every quarter 6. QA teams enjoy more than Dev in terms of outings 7. Good terms in terms of technology perspective 8. Good recognitions @ work 9. Definitely recommended for long term plans if you have a decent package getting offered. 10. Located in center of the city and reachable from all areas 11. New facilities are great updated
