      Pros

      Family friendly atmosphere, great team, everyone is friendly and treat others with respect. Enjoy coffee and snacks along with company Barbecue's and other company events. HR is approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any significant cons as most of my experience is very positive. There are the benefits of a small company environment while also the lack of some of the benefits of a larger organization.

      Flexible timing and the fluency of the work , Work place environment was good .They value work done with dedication .You get opportunity to express yourself

      Cons

      Less development opportunity, They take too long to recognize somebodies work.Onsite jobs are less . need transparency in the appraisal process
