      Pros

      Mostly good things, not perfect, but many good things. - Top management from Hassan to Prashant to Manish and Sarvesh are all approachable and great guys - Very respectful of work/life balance, which is truly appreciated - Pretty fair compensation and commission plan - Lots of help and teamwork focused; which is great for large, complex Enterprise sales

      Cons

      Not too many but will list a few.. - Can be confusing and a challenge when determining whether Tavant is a "Product" or a "Services/Solutions" company - Sometimes can have pointless meetings, too many meetings with no actual value lol - Comp plan is fair/good, but could be better

      Pros

      Allows for out of the box thinking, as long as you can justify it. There are very good delivery managers in India who work very hard to support USA team.

      Cons

      If management wants someone incompetent to succeed, management rigs things to let them win. And then you have hardworking people who get things taken away from them to support the incompetent people. It's plain unfair. I saw my coworker try hard to do good work, and they had to quit because they were bullied by a boss and a new hire.
