Once upon a time company was really cool but now it is becoming from pathetic to worse reasons are: During pandemic worst possible behaviour from HR. They asked people to go on leave using their paid leaves and asked many folks to resign which caused sense of insecurity in all the teams and people started leaving the company In spite of doing the analysis of this issue and fixing the issue company is still working with pathetic HRs and taking their suggestions. Recently they increased notice period to 90 days another good reason not to join this company. They did this for damage control but they are not trying to analyse why they are leaving. Each and every employee is being treated like slave since pandemic started and 12hrs work schedule is new norm. You will not have work life balance and will have to work on weekends as well. Worst politics Incompetent managers specially new one Slow growth for employees Unstable company No job security Worst HR

No process at all, you'll feel free lancing is more well defined than here. No growth for employee and company, since last 20 year they are struggling to touch 3k strength. No one to check nepotism and politics. Belives in Hire and fire.
