Pros

work life balance. Easy going. Lot of free time to enjoy ur self.

Cons

8.30 hr mandatory. No projects for other than java and .net profile. No clear picture will be given by PMO team. Only concern about their billing no care for the employee if you are not billable. They will hire you and make you sit. The PMO team has no experience to put right candidate to right project.

Pros

No Pros for the company.

Cons

Worthless Company. No standard followed. Accelerate to Billon vision made it a worse place to work. Seniors relax and put pressures on new joiners. They have a worthless product TWOD which is sold to clients and then with customization they change everything. A bunch of jokers rule the company. No concern is addressed. No work life balance.

Pros

Cutting-Edge Technology Focus: The company is at the forefront of technology, providing employees with opportunities to work on the latest advancements. This ensures continuous skill enhancement and keeps you abreast of industry trends. Excellent Employee Policies: The company fosters a positive work culture with its outstanding employee policies. From flexible work arrangements to supportive management, it creates an environment conducive to productivity and employee well-being.

Cons

Limited Salary Hikes: Over the past 2-3 years, the company has struggled with providing substantial salary hikes. This can be disheartening for employees who expect their compensation to reflect their contributions and market standards. Salary Disparity for Experience Levels: While the company may offer competitive salaries for those with over 7 years of experience, it falls short for fresher and mid-experience employees. This could lead to retention challenges, as these individuals may seek better compensation elsewhere after a few years.
