Some, Only some people from the senior management are creeps and toxic.. I repeat only some of them . Other than that 99% of the seniors are good and helpful. Sadly I was the one who got under such people..

Good projects , product managers and team members.

Cons

-Poor behaviour of project managers towards younger employees like humiliating them and using poor language towards them. If you reach and raise your voice against mistreatment, still, management tolerates such unprofessionalism and you will asked to be quiet. Toxic team members are given a free pass because they have been with the firm for more years than you. -Toxic work environment created by a few bad apples which stay due to senior managers supporting them. - Too much politics in Indian teams- seniors don't care about employees well-being.
