Onsite opportunities are dependent on visa and project requirement, hence based on the skill and requirement the Delivery group will look into this.
If there are issues related to specific managers, we request employees to reach out to their respective HRBPs.
We review all the HR policies on an annual basis and on need basis if required. However if there are certain policies that need to be re looked, employees are encouraged to write to HR.
Tavant has always emphasized on learning at your pace and we have contents on our Learning Website that helps and enables all our employees to scale up. However there can be instances that learning can be completely project driven based on the technologies we are working on for which necessary training are arranged.
