1. Lack of projects in Noida 2. Mostly support projects in Noida 3. Some untalented team leads are given full autonomy to run a project. This task should be done by managers as most of the team lead lack leadership skills and they try to make life of developers miserable.

Tavant is centrally located , and well connected with public transportation hence there are no company provided cabs. We ensure to pass on the feedback of employees to food vendors on a regular basis.
