      There are no pros at all. It's hopeless. Company is on it's decline.

      Cons

      They will ruin your career, I had joined as Project Trainee. The period itself was for a whole year, and then when it was my time to get promoted to SE. They tried to extend. That was extremely demotivating time for me.
