      Tavant is good company with great people in house. I have enjoyed working here.

      For freshers they will take too much time to assign a projects

      There is a dedicated team that works for placement of resources in various projects . Placement depends upon various factors like hiring of resources for upcoming projects,improving the skill of resource through training that lead to a lag in placement to projects.It is important for employees to use the bench time productively to up skill.

      Last year Tavant has grown at twice the industry rate and has a healthy mix of customers for our products & solutions. We continue to sign several large projects every quarter and invest heavily on the products.

      1. So much partiality in team member 2. Worst structure of team 3. A employee can not set his point to managment 4.For management employee is always wrong 5.Nobody cares about your idea they forced you to work the way they want
