      Annual average appraisal is only upto 5-7 percent Managers do not focus on individual performance rather give ratings based on the interpersonal relations and communication

      1. Lot of QA Managers are Non Technical and they only know Jira and Rally 2. Lot of Firing/Lay off's happened recently 3. Lot of inside politics 4. Onsite Opportunities only if you are politically good 5. Very rarely you get to work on your interest
