Best thing about Tavant is transparency. Management believes in empowering right people. Before joining Tavant, I have worked for 3 product based companies. Work life balance was always a concern with my previous employers. Tavant is an organisation which helps its employees to achieve work life balance.

Cons

Most of the times, it is difficult to find parking space for four wheeler. We end up wasting 15-20 mins of time finding parking spot out side office.

People are really technical and helpful. Managers are transparent and down to earth. Situated in center of the city.

Cons

PMO team response is bit slow sometimes. Food is not so good.
