Good work and personal life balanace. Salary is ok as per market standard. Management is good and very helpful.

Cons

Project allocation is very complex ,need more transparent. Food options is very less ,pls bring some more vendors.

Most of emerging technoligies /frameworks can be learned If you do well you will get good work and apprecition You can be part of many technical discussion also even at lower designation if you are productive in discussion

Cons

Don't expect much hike in appraisals If you dont join with good salary, you might need to switch to other company just because of salary hike

Tavant is average company, not great company to work, scope of learning is low

Cons

It is waste of joining as a contractor in tavant, they wont permanent you, even if u are working very hard, They will only extend your contract period without giving any salary hike. Contractor policy's are very bad.
