      Company provide a healthy environment . Employee are very polite. They behave nicely. Company provide work life balance . They modify the policy so that employee can get maximum benefits.

      Cons

      I dont think Tavant have cons till now. They provide handsome salary. It is good pay master. Everyone is happy with this company.
