I worked for 2.5 yrs and I had nothing but bitter experiences during that period. Low compensation, expected me to sit for long hours as much as 8-9pm at night. Manager told me if I want hike in my pay just like male counterparts then I need to stay back late like them (This was utter non-sense). Freshers were paid more than people with 2.5 yrs of experience. I was never encouraged by my manager, even if I was performing pretty well. When I asked him why the hike wasn't good even though my ratings are good. He gave an answer, which was this - " You are at a wrong place on the wrong time". It was hell for me to stay there and continue. I had to switch immediately and I got a good offer with much much higher pay.

Don't know how to utilize the experience candidate. They may be put u in some project which may end ur carrier in the technology. No KT for new employees have to struggle to understand the business.
