      Bad infrastructure and no work-life balance

      Pros

      Major in warranty domain. Located in heart of koramangala.

      Cons

      Very old buildings, and pan stains in lifts. Managements sets un-realistic deadline and forces teams to work on that. Majority of employee including Management are Mallus. So don't surprise, if you see Mallu managers never gets blame for any mishaps, or if you see any mallu employee gets promoted quickly. Be ready to work on weekends or stretch every day to create demos for the prospective clients whose requirement was not understood by Manager onsite, and finally poor offsite guys gets the heat. Traffic to reach office is worst. And you have to give reason if you are late beyond 11:00 AM. So even, if you reach by 11:00:01 AM, you have to give reason.

      - No Projects nowadays -There are rumours that they are firing people who are in Bench. Please donot do this as it may spoil Company Reputation.

      Work life balance is good. HR organizes various activity time to tome. Breakfast coupon if reach before 9.

      Cons

      Less project. Adapting hire and fire policy. Fire people without giving options.
