      Worked almost 1.5 yr as SSE in Mobility at Noida Branch.

      Pros

      The best company i have ever worked in my Carrier. Due to some personal reason i had to shift Pune then i left Tavant. Parsun Sir is the GDM there who always listen employee concern. I never found a guy like him. Very honest and very polite. After meeting him , i really found honestly is best policy. In 1.5 yr learned alot of thing, client communication , standard coding because alot of good senior found there. Salary always comes on time. Even admin assigned me place to offer namaz in office premises. In Short if i would get chance to work again with Tavant then i ll join Tavant blindly.

      Good culture, approachable senior management,edge cutting technologies.

      Cons

      Lot of politics in qa ,few people in qa at senior position exploiting resources,special preferences to bunch of people.
