Pros

Overall experience is good. They take many initiative to entertain and grow as a family.

Cons

Over a period of time the initiative taken for entertainment and employee satisfaction is fading and some things are done only because its a part of the tradition but not actual interest is involved. Though its just my personal view.

Flexible timing and the fluency of the work , Work place environment was good .They value work done with dedication .You get opportunity to express yourself

Cons

Less development opportunity, They take too long to recognize somebodies work.Onsite jobs are less . need transparency in the appraisal process
