      Pros

      Great personal life. The best place to have a work life balance. Good onsite opportunities. Very good place to find very good people.

      Cons

      Growth in terms of technology might be limited although you will have hands on all the good niche technologies, the next step in doing things is a problem.

      Pros

      Freedom @ work, lesser micro management. People have been associated with this organisation for a long time, people who have left earlier have come back and joined again. Its a company whose culture rarely be seen anywhere else.

      Cons

      Little laid back culture, too much flexibility to the employees. Staggered growth!
