- very flexible work environment - management gives you more and more responsibility once you prove yourself - you have complete ownership if management thinks you have the capability

Cons

- The place is boiling with politics between camps - Growth slows down if you are an older employee

Some very good senior people to work with.Some projects are really good.You get to do decent amount of development and end up learning if ur interested.

Cons

salary. usual office politics in service companies. Not much flexi timings. not much 'work from home' and freedom.
