Company has good work life balance. facilities are good. can learn if you got good seniors. timely payout. flexible timings

Cons

- managers are God, if they say make a youtube video then you need to do regardless of your profile and tech stack - poor increment system even put everything from yourside with project success delivery - they can fire you anytime, like I faced in a situation when I was much needed this job during my serious health issues. - they just handover the employee to the client directly and once you are in client is your master and you need to follow them without asking anything and they can switch you in any technology and there is no control from our parent company , which is the worst part
