      Pros

      Good professional opportunities and benefits one can have while working here. Company has tie ups with some of the top online training platforms to enable constant upskill/reskilling of its employees. In the company, we have some good employee engagement programs and investment features in place. Besides, those employees working in shifts, are benefited with shift allowances. Also, if you are working in office for late hours, company gives late night transport facility and food allowances. These are some benefits that I like, and there are much more than this. I find myself fortunate of getting an opportunity to work here.

      Nothing to tell, few managers are psycho.

      Cons

      If ur experience is 6+ and thinking of joining then your life will be at risky. If no projects any time they can fire. Hire and Fire principle. Worst management.
