      Good Projects and management is also good

      Cons

      Some of the project manager is not good and there is no appraisal flow if they manager not interested and directly give their feedback without discuss with employee.

      Pros

      good place to work. most of projects are good, few projects have pressure. Then have good domain to work with like e-mortgage, manufacturing, AI/IOT etc. Have good work life balance (depends on projects but most of them are good). CEO is humble and down to earth.

      Cons

      Average hike to employees, need some buttering to manager to get good hike.
