      - Good location - Badminton court - New canteen is good - Various events (technical, cultural, sport etc.) are conducted

      Cons

      - Late night calls, almost every day, so basically you end up working 12 hours in a day, or even on weekends. - UI Team needs to reconsider as the UI team members mainly work on HTML and CSS apart from lucky few. - Amost all Associate UI Architect and UI Architect do not have much idea of modern tech stacks. - Most of the UI developers do not get good projects, only countable few get good projects. - Lots of politics in UI team. - Deserving candidates do not get the appreciation. - Many UI developers are not given opportunity to work on modern tech stacks, as it is the backend developers who get to work on technologies like React, Angular etc. - So UI developers end up working on HTML, CSS and old Javascript frameworks and libraries like Backbone, jQuery etc. - You don't get much help from the Associate UI Architects and UI Architects, as many of them lack the knowledge of modern UI architecture and technologies . - Due to these reasons many UI developers consider changing company after staying for 1 - 2 years.
