Pros
It really is like working with your family. A big one. It's a great place to start your career and to feel like you are contributing. May ex-employees have gone on to start their own companies or had accelerated careers in places like Facebook, Google, and other well-known companies. I know of very few companies whee the CEO knows everyone by name, knows their families, and treats them like it. The people-centric culture is very welcome.
Cons
The company sales are just not growing as fast as they should for a company with so much success and such high-profile clients. The board and executive might be a little too lax with the sales leadership.
