Pros

Awesome team mates in Mobile team, very helpful. Architects help you to code better, there is always an encouragement to grow, learn better. Lots of freedom to try out new technologies, be it AR/VR, Graphql or writing reactive frameworks/libraries. Tech talks are the coolest part.

Cons

People get promotion based on years of experience.
