I have been working with Tavant for the past 5 five years and I had a wonderful time. Few positives of the many are: 1. Great work culture 2. Very approachable management. 3. Good Learning environment 4. Supportive colleagues and mentors. 5. etc etc.

Nurturing culture, by and large - leaders are understanding and caring Strong exposure to complex domain led application development work. Company is now transitioning to products and digital work Global company - onsite opportunities in US. Company is trying to expand in Japan & Australia too

Cons

Enabling functions like Finance, IT need to up their game. They come across as bureaucratic and unfriendly to employees Compensation needs to be reviewed and aligned to the quality of talent the co aspires to hire Company needs to be more visible in public forums. They need to invest to build a stronger brand, especially in India.
