      I have been employed at tavant for 2 years, I have seen Team lead was not supportive at all , used rough and rude language, if we have asked any question about work, never given any answer for the question.. about managers they are having politics including Hr . So, overall one of the worst experience with this company.

      1. Infrastructure 2. Free food based on entry time 3. Food Coupons 4. Good work life balance based on Project 5. Good and Easy to reach people

      Cons

      1. Lot of QA Managers are Non Technical and they only know Jira and Rally 2. Lot of Firing/Lay off's happened recently 3. Lot of inside politics 4. Onsite Opportunities only if you are politically good 5. Very rarely you get to work on your interest
