I worked for this company for over a year. They are horrible to work for. The higher management is all family and they have no idea what they are doing. They give out random titles to each other so they can be paid as such. If you’re looking into going into sales - DON’T! They pay $32,000 and promise this lucrative commission structure that is impossible to get. You’d be lucky if you’re walking away with anything over $2,000 after an entire year of commission. They randomly lay off people with no reason as to why and just say “you’re not working hard enough” they will take advantage of you in every way they can. Stay far, far away from this business. They only care about the family, not their employees.
