Any Al startup is a better opportunity. Being homeless is actually a better opportunity.
Pros
Great team full of hustlers and go getters, extremely talented younger folks out of college and dynamite experienced team leads.
Cons
Leadership. Great place if you want to be lied to about: promotional potential, equity, visa sponsorship, work schedule, work expectations. They make up for it by paying significantly below market wages, though. You'll also probably be asked to move to SF. They say they'll give you a raise or even cover your rent; they will walk that back the second you sign your lease. You'll either get fired or put on a PIP right before your equity starts to vest. Leadership spends their resources on hype videos and billboards rather than fostering any semblance of culture. Internally, the only value is "it's only going to get harder." Employees and contractors only exist to stoke the narcissistic ego of the founder. Just ask him how many followers his "other" X account has!
