Pros

Taylor Morrison's Culture of inclusion & belonging as well as work~life balance make coming to work each day a Blessing. The way they understand their customer's needs & values makes it easy to give the customer an elevated experience from start to finish during their homebuying process. They give me the tools I need to provide the best customer service experience possible and that makes me happy to see my buyers happy!

Cons

I wish I had started working for Taylor Morrison sooner.

Pros

Only one in office day required (for now) 410k match is decent They make a decent attempt to be inclusive

Cons

Terrible compensation and bonus program. Management will passive aggressively tell us that we’re welcome to work on holidays because it’s not OT. That is not incentive to give up time with family. Management will send emails and IMs at all hours of the day, night, and over the weekend demanding updates. We were once told on a call that crying while at work is completely normal. You are lead by bullying and constantly micromanaged. Unrealistic expectations. Training was a joke. They only care how files are labeled and not the actual job process to be successful. Snide remarks when a wellness day is requested.
