Pros

Work remotely, they give you your own cell phone, some nice coworkers you work with on a daily basis.

Cons

Compensation is one of the lowest in the industry; this was one of the very rare places that had a draw against your commission/salary., No work/life balance. Leadership from second to the top down was the absolute worst. It’s all about what have you done for me lately… They preach about culture all the time, but they lack it themselves. Terrible underwriting, you can rarely get a loan done at have to send it to a backup lender where the builder makes money, but your left holding the bag. Overall, I would probably look for a job as a garbage person than this place, at least there’s more job stability and better leadership there.

The amount of information in the first few weeks can feel overwhelming. A slightly more structured pacing or follow-up resources could help new hires absorb everything more effectively.
