Pros
Fantastic place to work, very ethical and intelligent group of ex-accounting and finance professionals with the client and candidate in mind. They/we only specialize in finance and accounting, so this allows them/us to concentrate on a very specific skill set. Great central location, boutique feel, very stable group.
Cons
Just as with any recruiting job, the industry itself can be an emotional rollercoaster of ups and downs. Fortunately, it's a team effort at Taylor White and we circle the wagons when needed.
