Pros

The product is interesting and the majority of the people in both offices are brilliant and welcoming.

Cons

Very few resources in the SF office for new hires. Micromanagement and inflated sense of importance is something you will witness in the office.

Pros

- Informal culture - Catered lunch sometimes

Cons

- Management really does not care about people who are actually executing. It's ridiculous! - Management is very cliquey and do not like interacting with most employees - Horrible salaries + they got rid of gym perks

Thank you for your review, we appreciate everyone's opinion. We take great pride in having a dynamic and informal culture in which we all have the space to be ourselves, collaborate and learn. Regarding your concerns about our management, we are really sorry to hear that you have not been having a good experience. Overall, we get very positive feedback about our management in our anonymous engagement survey year after year. Hearing the leadership is cliquey does not align with what we hear from you all. Could you reach out to the P&C BP directly to discuss your specific situation with us further? We really care about your feedback and we would like to be able to get more insight from you.

Pros

Good benefits, they were fully paid for

Cons

-Unrealistic work expectations, no work life balance… you’ll get slacks at 6am - 11pm - Leaders bully and talk down to employees - career opportunities are only for some, the promo and merit rules changes - some get promoted after 8 months but some they say have to wait till 1 year and then January - mangers are not supportive to team members and allow leaders to talk down to them

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on having a robust benefits and perks package for our Teads family. As you know, Teads is a global company with 39 offices in 30 countries, which allows us to share great wins and information throughout the day - we value global pollination as it creates a diverse working environment. This welcomes working across various time zones which could allow for messages to be sent after local business hours and to be responded to at the appropriate working time. Teads fosters a healthy work/life balance by providing, but not limited to, Flexible Time Off, 2 Mental Health Days per quarter, and free virtual mental health offerings such as therapy, yoga sessions, self-guided stress management relief, meditation, etc. In addition, our annual review cycle and development for our people are important to us. We continually lean into our team’s development while encouraging internal mobility and have seen great success in all departments. Lastly, we continue to operate with openness and do not condone bullying as that violates our Code of Conduct that all employees have signed and are expected to follow at all times. We encourage everyone to reach out to HR if there is any form of bullying in the workplace as we foster a healthy work environment. We appreciate your feedback and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
