This welcomes working across various time zones which could allow for messages to be sent after local business hours and to be responded to at the appropriate working time. Teads fosters a healthy work/life balance by providing, but not limited to, Flexible Time Off, 2 Mental Health Days per quarter, and free virtual mental health offerings such as therapy, yoga sessions, self-guided stress management relief, meditation, etc.
In addition, our annual review cycle and development for our people are important to us. We continually lean into our team’s development while encouraging internal mobility and have seen great success in all departments. Lastly, we continue to operate with openness and do not condone bullying as that violates our Code of Conduct that all employees have signed and are expected to follow at all times.
