Teads is a company where you will keep learning and growing. We will never stop being innovative creative and collaborative. One important thing that makes us different is our people and the leadership who drives us. If you want to work in this industry Teads will be the best opportunity. We have a fantastic product high quality on everything we do and a great team. However, we are getting bigger we keep operating with agility on making decisions.

Cons

As we are growing fast, we need to keep working on implementing automatization, and making sure we structure our processes. We want to ensure we keep that agility and fluidity in our day-to-day. Our industry is innovating so much it could be sometime challenging to stay on top of it. We are a fast pace industry and company where agility and flexibility are essential.
