- pleasant office location - paid gym membership and phone bill reimbursement - nice amount of PTO - majority of colleagues are great

Cons

- awful product that makes the web worse than it already is - poor leadership - some managers really should never have been allowed to manage people as they're only interested in their own professional growth and have too many responsibilities to be dedicating themselves to helping others grow and develop - due to how saturated the market is, there's not much room for innovation and it's a constant contest with taboola and other ad-tech companies

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Obviously, I'm sorry to hear that your experience with our product and your manager was lacking. In a fast-paced start-up environment, uneven experiences are a risk, but one we are trying to mitigate through more and better management training and non-stop product development. As you note, we are proud of having assembled an awesome team and are always trying to get better.

This is by far the best place I've ever worked at, management is always pushing you to be the very best version of yourself. When working somewhere, you want to make sure that the growth opportunity is there. I've seen Sales Planner get promoted to Sales, Account Managers get promoted to Senior Account managers etc.. The ambiance is great, the people who work there are some of the smartest people I've ever seen and show great attention to detail. You can't spell Team without Tea(ds).

Cons

I hate to say it, but can't think of one. First time i've enjoyed going to work every single day.
